I have a RUTX11 that is not initializing the USB interface for the Bluetooth module leaving the Bluetooth inoperable.

I have compared logs between a working RUTX11 and the failing RUTX11 and found the problem.

From the logs the failing RUTX11 is not initializing the following USB interface (Logs taken from working RUTX11):

kern.info kernel: [  120.748023] usb 1-1.4: USB disconnect, device number 3

kern.info kernel: [  121.550863] usb 1-1.4: new full-speed USB device number 4 using xhci-hcd

What commands would I use to re-initialize that specific USB interface to get the Bluetooth working again?

Hello,

Would you mind factory reset your device or re-install firmware via the bootloader menu? Instructions can be found right here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTXxx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

Regards.

I managed to access the bootloader menu but once I uploaded the device become unresponsive.
I left it for several minutes before restarting the device and once it had booted up it was still the original firmware.
I checked the Bluetooth Module and found it to be working again.

It is odd that a failed firmware flash through the bootloader would bring the Bluetooth Module back to life.
