With V6.05.3 the Magenta (t-mobile) SIM does work.

With V6.08.3 (also the new one V7.00) it doesn't! Router reboots every single minute.

Where can I deposit the troubleshooting file?

Hello, 

Could you try upgrading the firmware via the bootloader menu upgrade it to 6.08.3. 

You can upgrade it by following the steps mentioned here: RUT9xx Bootloader Upgrade - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)
