Neither port forwarding or routing seems to be working correctly, I believe it is something silly I am doing not being familiar with the router for very long.

I want a webpage (on port 80) from a pc on my local (LAN) (say 192.168.1.x) to be available from my public static ip address (WAN) (say 202,202,202,x). Could someone point me in the right direction

I have a similar issue as the one above, where I cannot seem to route to my public IP address.
