Hello,

I have tested this before. You can add few routers with the same LAN IP, it does not matter because all of them will receive different virtual IP and you will be able to reach all of them through specific virtual IP.

I would like to suggest trying to configure RMS VPN hub by following this example and everything should be clear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dfAudZR2wPY&t=124s

I would suggest to use same HUb for all machines, this way they will be able to reach one another.

In your video you also use the device ip, but in your case the router have different lan ip.

Then you don't have the same ip.

We test to connect two RUT240 witch have same Lan IP and they have 1 plc eatch with same IP

If we only connect one no problem to connect.

But if both is connected we have two plc with same IP.

In this case nothing happends if we connect,  just no connection

Have you tried to reach your device via virtual IP or LAN IP?
