Hello @ all!

I know the VPN HUB's are still in beta. But since about last Friday the gateway seems to be accessible neither from the cable network nor from the cellular network. Is Teltonika currently working on the project and that is the reason for the non-function? Can someone else confirm that too?

i open the VPN Hub Details and the Tab "CLIENTS". But i don't have "Update Configuration and certificate".

yes, several times. I had just downloaded the configuration again and re-imported it. the problem remains the same. i have set up two hubs in the RMS platform and several clients. since last friday none of them work anymore. at first I suspected a problem with access via IPv6 / IPv4. but even if you force the tunnel to IPv4, a connection to the gateway is no longer possible.

I had deleted the affected HUBs and then created them again. That solved the problem. Thanks and regards!

Dear Teltonika Team,
i have the same situation.

Is the generally proposal to delete everything and try it again?

My screen show me this.

Hello,

Could you try the following:

  • In RMS web page, open your VPN HUB details window, switch to Clients tab, press Update configuration and certificates and redownload the .ovpn configuration file.

See if that helps.
