TRB140 no WebUI and no ping over IPSec VPN

Hi,

I become desperate to enable remote access to the webui or to ping the trb140 trough the ipsec vpn.

can someone help me?

Hello,

First of all, which firmware version are you running on your TRB? What is the other device that is on the other end of VPN tunnel? You have mentioned that you cannot even ping TRB through IPsec which means that there are some mistakes in configuration. Could you share IPsec configuration of both ends? You can blur out sensitive information such as IP addresses.

Hi,

I'm running TRB1_R_00.07.00.1

The one side is a Sonicwall, and the other is the TRB140.

Data through the tunnel is working.

Only the access to the WebUi or a ping of the TRB140 through the IPSec tunnel is not working.
