I have been using several Teltonika products for a while now and a RUT500 has recently started displaying connectivity issues. While troubleshooting it at home, i realised it cannot find the sim card (sim card not installed) although it is installed properly. It was working perfectly fine until recently, so the device was not faulty at purchase. I  temporarily replaced it with a RUT240 which works fine with the same sim card, so there is no issue with the network coverage or the sim card itself. Any thoughts please?

Hello,

RUT500 is an EOL (end of life) product and we do not support it anymore, but I would like to ask if you have tried to reboot it or reset to dfefault configuration?
