I bought teltonika licenses for my routers on the RMS so that I can see them online, but even after activating the licenses on the different routers
they are still offline and this makes me lose a lot of time and money because I can't control my routers remotely. My routers are connected to the
internet on the client side. I send the command sms rms_connect to force the routers to connect but it doesn't change anything, the routers
remain offline on RMS. I don't know what to do
