This is still actual. My client has 3 of these RUT955s with Meig modem chip and all perform same way.
RMS unregister/register does not have effect. Also I have tried to reset router in bootloader mode and upgraded the latest firmware,
but still it's the same.
When looking via web ui, the system info shows temperature 0c. IMEI and connection type can be seen in web ui though.
