The IP address that I'm meant to use to manage my RUT240 device is 192.168.1.1 and I get an error message each time.

It Tried to get in via RMS but it will not connect to the device.

Hello,

Could you power off/on your device (reboot)? Also, could you try to ping 192.168.1.1 via PC terminal, what are the results? Before rebooting, please, describe LAN LED status on the router.

Regards.

Thanks for replying. I have rebooted a number of times and I have also done a factory reset.

I'm not using a LAN ethernet cable but the mobile signal is at 3 bars and the 4G LED is on and flashing. The LAN is working but it's slow but I wanted to check what was going on and couldn't get into that IP address to manage the device.

In this case, I would recommend reflashing firmware via the bootloader menu: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT2xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu
