Hello Dears,

i try to add my device  in RMS , but i have same warning- Device with serial .................... from entry number 1 already exists.  How can i proceed?  this issue have any solution?

Hello,

Please send me your device serial number and proof of ownership (photo of the device with visible serial) via private message. I will look into that.
