Along with saying hello, I would like to tell you that we have a project implemented with 2,000 TELTONIKA RUT240 equipment and we have found anomalies in some of them.

These Routers are operating with a Mobile Data SIM and on several occasions it has been frozen having to go to the site to proceed with the restart of this. Once this is done, the equipment returns to operating normally.

I would like to know what this problem could be because it has been more frequent and the only method we have found so far is to restart the computer.

I am attaching LOG extracted from a RUT240 router that has presented this problem.

Hello,

I have looked into your logs and found out that you are using quite outdated firmware at this moment. I would really like to ask if you could update routers that do show this unwanted behavior to the RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.3 firmware version and keep monitoring if the issues reappear.

Additionally, I would like to recommend setting up the Auto Reboot feature to restart your connection in case it disconnects. More about it can be found right here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Auto_Reboot

Regards.
