When I try to access a device that is connected to a RUT955 thru device access in RMS it says the company has no data. I have available credits and as far as I know those credits can be used to top up the RMS data. How do you do that?

Hello,

It would be great if you could share your company ID in the RMS system, but I suspect that the notification is correct and you do not have any data left.

If you do have credits remaining, you can convert some of them to data by navigating Services > Connect/VPN. There you will see the remaining data and you will be able to add more data by clicking the button "Data" above Remaining Data table.
