Hi there, I have a helium miner behind a RutX09 on 4G mobile internet.

The adviced Nat_type should be OPEN. But the miner shows that the current Nat_type is symmetric.

Which setting in the Teltonika should I edit to change the Nat_type to be OPEN?

Hello,

try to disable WAN zone "Masquerading" on the Network > Firewall > Zones page or use mobile Bridge mode. In Bridge mode the router assigns its WAN IP address to another device. It is used instead of Network Address Translation (NAT) in order to make the router "transparent" in the communication process. Bridge mode disables all of these features and simply gives them a single specified device its WAN IP address.

You may refer to this links for more information:

Hello,

Yes, that's right.

@SarunasKa

Yesterday I tried turning masquerading off and talked to adyx privately.

For everyone looking THIS CAUSED EVEN MORE PROBLEMS & doesn't work. (miners status went immediately offline: tested on two miners etc.)

The advised NAT type should be:none. On RUT240 it is none one day and symmetric the other day and when you reboot it it sometimes goes to NAT:none but changes the day after to NAT:symmetric. Anybody know a solution to this?
