OpenVPN connects to NordVPN, but public IP is not Nord's

Hi Everyone,

I have configured the RUTX12 for load balancing with two SIM's.  I have also configured and successfully connected NordVPN.  The problem I am having is that when I connect to the RUTX12.  The IP says that it is my ISP's and nordvpn.com says I am not protected (still shows ISP's IP).  Do I need to manually configure firewall or routing?  I have not configured any static routes or traffic rules manually.
