Question

Hello,
it's my first topic. I have issue with RUT 955 connect to RMS.
Few times it was connected but it's lottery. it still trying to connect but it's issue "Error: Failed to resolve hostname."

1. Firmware it's up to dated. 
2. i'm using Auto APN.

Hello,

Could you post a screenshot of the RMS configuration page in router WebUI? You can blur out sensitive information such as Mac address and serial.

Also, send me the serial number of your device via private message.
