Question

After I updated the firmware to RUT9_R_00.07.00 the OC switch stopped responding to the text messages. I have checked the SMS Utilities. The programing seems to be fine but the OC switch doesn't respond to text messages. could you please assist?

Hi,

Could you try to reset your router to the factory default configuration and try to configure rule one again? Also, could you send a screenshot of your configuration if reset will not solve your issue?

I have just tested this SMS Utilities rule myself and it worked. I would like to ask if you could share a troubleshoot file via private message after you try to send an SMS to change the state. You can download it from System > Administration > Troubleshoot.

I have the same problem. Open collector switch manualy and if I program the O/C on the calling rules, is works.

But i works NEVER by SMS....

Even after full reset, the same.

I've firmware version RUT9_R_00.07.00.2
