Question

When trying to get the temperature of a RUT 955 (FW version RUT9_R_00.07.00), I keep getting 0 when I try to measure the temperature of the device.

I've tried both the gsmctl -c command and the MQTT publisher.

Could you tell me your RUT955 full product code? IT should be similar to RUT955XXXXXX and can be found on the router packaging box.

I have the same problem. RUT9550033B0, FW RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.5 (I also tried RUT9_R_00.07.00.2). Temperature is zero in both WebUI and RMS.

UPD: the problem is present on 7.01.1 also
