RUT950 will not Connect to the RMS Dashboard

Some time ago I registered a RUT 950 in the RMS. There I was able to set up a WEB session with the device in order to configure it. After a while, the device was shown to me as offline. But it still had LTE connection and the users could work over it. Even after restarting the device, it does not appear to me as online in the dashboard.

I then deleted it in the RMS and created it again. Now it is in the status "Not Activatet"

Do I still have to make any settings or do I need a license?

I would like to ask if you do have any credits left in your account? It would be easier to find the solution to your issue if you could send me your router serial number via private message.
