i´ve problems with my brand new RUT X12
- newest firmware installed

Allways the same since 2 Days

Speed with o2 SimCard
Ping 33ms | Download 5,1Mbps | Upload 0,59Mbps

Speed with Iphone 7 same o2 SimCard
Ping 25ms | Download 11,2Mbps | Upload 2,79Mbps

I´ve tested varius LTE Frequency but always the same

Hello,

Could you tell us, more information about your setup? First of all, have you attached both antennas firmly? Are you using our stock antennas? Could you share your signal strength values? Do you have other RUT devices that perform way better under the same conditions with the same SIM?

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue. Previously it performed great until I had to put in a new chip. Now there is some connection but extremely slow.  The same chip in my iphone works excellent.
