We purchased a RUT X11 to use as a backup when broadband goes down, however we can not connect to our RDP server which is where our application is.

The RDP server ports which contain whitelisted IP's are 3389 & 443, i opened these ports on the router but still have the same issue.

Perhaps i am not configuring the forward correctly?

Hello,

May I can see your network topology image and a screenshot of port-forwarding rules?

Regards.

The topology is not important at this stage as the server is an Azure VM hosted elsewhere, and the router is not connected within the network at this time. I will upload the port forward rules later today when i can

As of now there are no special portforward rules set up, just the standard ports are open that come with the router.
