Question

Dear,
I've had a RUT955 which keeps going on and off again. The router has a regular data SIM card, and the signal is good, but still the communication went on and off. therefor we replaced the either setup, but the result was the same. The Router is placed in Wind turbine and 100 meters from there are similar setups which never fails.

Any suggestion on how trouble shoot here?  

Are there knowledge of static/electricity white noise which can effect the RUT 955 signal?

Hello,

Static/electricity could affect router performance, but you have mentioned that other routers are working well in similar conditions. I would recommend taking one working router from another set up and place it under this one just to check if the environment affects all routers in the same way.

Thank you for your good advice. I found out that if I updated the firmware from Teltonika, the issue was solved. :)
