I've already:

  1. Upgraded the router to the latest firmware (RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.4_WEBUI.bin)
  2. Reset the router to factory defaults (and changed the admin password and country code only)
  3. Checked that I'm using an original Teltonika power supply
  4. Checked that the antennas are connected properly and to the correct connectors
  5. Checked that there are no visible defects in the antenna connectors
  6. Verified the connection problem with several client devices

  • Another client is connected to the router via the Ethernet
  • The test client is pinging the router (192.168.1.1)
It appears that there is no visible difference in the wireless data when looking from the test client:

I've attached two screenshots from the router web UI taken when the ping is getting and not getting through.
Do I have one of those defected devices your customers have found and reported in the forum? The batch number of the device is 093.

Hello,

I would recommend returning your RUT240 to your reseller due to hardware issues. I sincerely apologize that you received one of the faulty routers.

Bets regards.
