Not on this occasion. I have resorted to calling your head office from overseas as I am getting no support from technical sales in my territory. The receptionist taking the call advised me to email and that the responsible manager would respond in 24 hours. Four days later I have not received even an acknowledgement. Should I be worried about Teltonika customer service?
