Hi there!

We have been using the RUT950 in our camper for a few months now, and are super happy with it. The only problem we seem to have, is that when we are doing video calls, the call seems to pauze every 30 seconds - 60 seconds for about 2 seconds. This makes video calling somewhat unstable. This happens with different simcards, in different countries, with different amount of reception, with or without the antenna and all devices that we try on the wifi network.

Has anyone seen this issue before or any tips on how to resolve it?
What more information can I give to further clarify?

Thanks!

Hello,

Your issue sounds very specific and I have not reproduced it. I would like to ask which firmware version is your router running at this moment?

Regards.

Hi,

I would recommend upgrading your router to RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.3 or even to RUT9_R_00.07.00 and do further tests, please.

Regards.

Great will try that!
The firmware version I see available for install is: RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.5

Will try to upgrade to that and see how it goes!
