Hi, I want to connect a Raspberry Pi to the TRB140 and was wondering if the micro USB port on the router could power the RPI. Thanks

Hello Pigsfoot,

Thanks for contacting TELTONIKA | Crowd-support forum.

Kindly be informed that the TRB140 can be powered either via Power Socket or via the Ethernet Port ( Passive PoE).

Please note that the TRB140 is neither COMPLIANT with the IEEE 802.3af-2003 standard nor COMPLIANT with the IEEE 802.3at standard.

More information can be found here:

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/TRB140_Powering_Options#Passive_PoE

The micro USB port on TRB140 is used for device configuration, more information can be found here:

Best regards,
