Hi,

I tried to enable RMS on my RUT240 but connection states says: Failure (Error: Device monitoring is turned off.)

I checked that the rms.teltonika.lt at port 15009 is available.

S/N is 1000059746

FW is: RUT2XX_R_00.01.05.1

Any idea?

Hi, as be answer says the licences have expired - the thing for me is that this did work fine when I first go the box (assumed it was a free licence?) but it appears it's been removed so exactly the same issue.  A little frustrating that it was taken away without notifying me first, also now don't know how you'd acquire a licence?

Hello, the same thing happens to me too, but I just bought the RUT955 from Amazon and it's brand new ... how do I get the free 30 day license?
