Question

Hello,

I use the Remote HTTP part of the system but I now cannot access any of the HTTP sites - I have a long Server Name appear with server IP address could not be found shown at the end.
Does anyone else have this issue?

I have upgraded the Firmware but to no avail.

Any ideas?

To understand the question better please can you clarify : From where exactly are you trying to access / remote http to the server ? 

Also, please can you share the below with me as a private message to analyze the issue further ?

1> The "troubleshoot file" downloaded right after you try accessing the specific server name and http sites you mentioned about ?
