Using with MAC laptop-

In Set Up Wizard

RMS Config  >  Connection State failed [ error failed to resolve hostname].

This recurrs every few months....

Please help urgent thanks.

Hi, Please can you check the following by directly accessing (as remote access is not working) the device web interface ? 

1> Make sure you're on the default factory settings and your DNS address hasn't been changed.

2> Make sure the port for rms.teltonika.lt is 15009

3> Check default WAN set as an active interface which also resolves DNS correctly. If there's something in the gateway blocking the address - it also  might cause this issue. Please try setting the mobile interface as your main WAN and check.

4> The RMS service can be accessible via 18.196.62.30 IP address. It can be specified in the System -> Administration -> RMS WebUI page.

4> From the device CLI please capture the output of netstat ‐n ‐p ‐t, also run the following command "traceroute rms.teltonika.lt" 

5> Please share the troubleshoot file from the device webui as follows : (System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot)
