Hello, Please can you check the following on the device:

1> Does the device have a stable internet connection ?

2> What DNS server's are the device using ?

3> If you have local access to the device then from the CLI of the device try to ping rms.teltonika.lt and check if it resolves fine ?

4> In the device GUI go to System -> Administration -> RMS WebUI page and insert the ip address of RMS service instead of domain name "18.196.62.30" and check if that works.

Thanks

Hi,

Is it possible for you to connect your laptop or pc directly to any available LAN port on the RUT and then access the web interface of the device as we would need the troubleshoot file from the device to analyze this issue further. (System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot)

Please check the below link for connecting and accessing the webui

Direct local access : https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_First_Start

Remote access : https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Remote_WebUI_Access
