Hi,

We deploy a lot of Rut950/955 units and have some complex SNAT rules involving WAN to LAN

It appears if I put the rules in on v6, then upgrade to v7, things work as expected. If however I upgrade to v7, then put the rules in, it doesn't work..

I was just wondering if there are any fundamental differences or can someone push me in the right direction as I'm getting nowhere on this.

Thanks

To add to the above, running "iptables -v -t nat -L" shows a few more interesting things.

On a working V6 firmware, I can see the chain "Zone_lan_postrouting" has the SNAT rule and visiting the port increases the packet/byte count.

On a non working V7 firmware, I can see the rule in the chain, but, the packet/byte counters remain at 0... It looks like zone_wan_postrouting and zone_lan_postrouting never get processed.

Hello,

A new RUT955 firmware version RutOS 07.01.1 was recently released:

It has reliability improvements. Try to update your device and test your use case then.

Regards.
