TRB255 seems to forgets his RS232 Interface

Hi,

we are using 30 TRB255 for sending RS232 commands over IP. They worked very well for few months.

Now, one by one seems to forget his RS232-Interface. Suddenly the server stops to work and there is no longer a RS232 configuration-page on the WebUi.

We use the latest firmware (TRB2_R_00.07.00)

Any ideas how to fix it?

Hello,

Could you share a troubleshoot file with us when the issue reproduces? Does a reboot restore the configuration page? Also, how many devices reproduced that issue?

Hi,

I'll send you the troubleshoot file via private massage.

At first, two TRB255 had that issue. After upgrading the firmware to the latest version RS232 works fine again. Today a TRB255 with latest firmware got that Problem too. (But it is the first time for that specific device)

Overall 3 devices got that issue until now.

After a reboot the problem is still there.
