Hi all, does anybody have a thingsmobile.com SIM card working on a RUT955? Mine registered with the provider but stays unconnected

APN is configured manually to TM as requested but this doesnt change anything. Any idea? Thanks

Hello,

Which firmware are you using on your RUT955? Are you sure you are using the correct APN? Could you check it with your ISP?

I use the recent firmware, I did an update yesterday. APN is correct, I checked with the ISP

Could you send a troubleshoot file? You can download it from the System > Administration > Troubleshoot page. Please attach it to your original question by editing it.

Hi, I still have problems using the RUT 955 with the thingsmobile SIM (fix IP) After a fresh reset and configure with correct APN configuration it worked. Changing configuration e.g. port forwarding caused problem with the outgoing internet access. What do you need to analyze?
