Hello,

I have an issue with my device it can't connect to rms. It worked a few days ago but the connection state keeps showing: Error: Failed to resolve hostname!

My current firmware is 00.01.14

Hello,

I would like to ask if you are sure that your device has an internet connection and can ping an external network such as 8.8.8.8? Also, is the monitoring enabled in the RMS platform itself?

unfortunatly i cant even ping 8.8.8.8!

Hello,

That means that you do not have access to the internet and that is why your router does not connect to RMS.

Yes it doesn't, but yesterday it did work then I plugged it off and turned it on at another location today and now it gave me  2 different errors 1. that the host rejected me 2. Can't connect to server

I really don't get it
