Not able to connect Mobile devices to WiFi

Hi,

We are using an RUT950 device. I have an issue with connecting mobile devices to Wifi. The laptop does work but the issue is with just mobile phones. WiFi is connected but it says no internet.

Can someone assist me?

Hello,

Which firmware version are you using in your RUT950? IF it is not the latest, please upgrade. You have mentioned that the laptop connects to RUT WiFi without any issues, right? Could you try to reset your device to factory defaults and try again?
