web filter and dynamic DNS

I cannot run Dynamic DNS and WEB filtering at the same time even though I have whitelisted all the Dynamic DNS entries listed including the Host/Domain and DNS Lookup entries.

I have tested all the entries with nslookup with WEB filtering on and all work OK.

However if I turn on the Web Filtering it kills the dynamic DNS it will not update.

Hi,

Please ensure that both DDNS and Web filter are enabled and perform the failure scenario to capture the "troubleshoot" file. Once done please share this file with me to analyze it further.
