I bought for our new rut955 device 12 credits and activated them. Newest firmware 7.x is on device an we have mobile snd wan connection.

No connection possible to RMS. After unregistering und reregistering the device reactivated free demo access, now all credits dissapeared. No connection to RMS possible.

Please help.

Hi,

Did this happen after the update to 07.00 or was it like that before too?

To know for sure go to your management page in RMS webpage and check if all services are enabled, in that case it should consume the credits normally, but if it's more likely a device issue - go to RMS configuration in device and check what it says.
