Hi,

Trying to send SMS to another country gives timeout and ERROR:500. This has been working ok earlier.

Current firmware RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.4

I can send troubleshooting files if someone can take a look.

Did you figure out what was wrong? I'm facing the same issue where the GET/POST API returns a timeout and the WebUI tells me straight away that my limit is reached even though I don't have one set up.

Have you tried theses option?

- changing '+' by '00'

- Rebooting the device

- Resetting your router to default factory settings.

- Trying another SIM card while trying to send SMS.

- Reflashing the firmware through bootloader menu

Hi,

Issue stayed mystery for some time. Afterwards it turned out to be network problem. Network provider had made some configuration changes for that certain subscriber that we used. They returned old configurations and SMS functionality recovered.

Try troubleshooting steps given in Teltonika answer (particularly "Trying another SIM card while trying to send SMS")
