Hello,

I have a RUT950 with 2 SIM cards (different operators) and have defined the switch conditions. It works perfect both SIM1->SIM2 and SIM2->SIM1.

The problem is in the DDNS service: when the switch is between primary SIM to secondary SIM, the DDNS service updates in the defined interval (10 minutes), but when the SIM connection returns to primary SIM the DDNS service does not update. Only updates after reboot.

Any suggestion?

Thank you for your query.

I have tested this out at my end, unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue. When the mobile connection returned to primary(SIM 1) DDNS has been updated accordingly. I have used a third party DDNS provider: https://www.noip.com/

I would recommend checking whenever you are using the newest firmware version on your device, for RUT950: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads

If upgrading the firmware would not help I would recommend to try this with another DDNS provider, such as NoIP and check when ever the issue reoccurs.
