Question

Hello, is there any option to scan (like nmap do) hosts in wan network from RUT240(via webui, or via ssh connection)?
I tried to install nmap, but there is not enough memory in RUT240 to do this.

Hello,

nmap takes more space and rut240 has less space.
You can wait for some time for latest FW where we may have more space and may be you can use the same feature.
But, the date of FW release is not confirm yet but you can expect soon.

otherwise you can try removing unwanted features and create your own FW and add additional package.

Thank you for the answer. I already manage to scan it just via simple script to ping hosts, and later to discover them.
I'm waiting for next FW
