Unfortunately, at the moment MODBUS to IEC 60870-5-104 conversion is not supported by the RUT955 or any other Teltonika router. The router will not parse any data and will not support the protocol by itself. However, the router can act as a bridge between the device that supports the conversion and the server by simply forwarding the data between the serial device and remote server over TCP/IP. As long as your server and client devices support this protocol, it should be possible to allow them to communicate with each other.
