Question

Hi, 

The specs for RUTX12 says "SIM/mobile module switch. 2 SIM cards, one for each mobile module, auto switch cases: weak signal, data limit, SMS limit, roaming, no network, network denied, data connection fail"

Where in the router config are the auto switch cases to be found? I need to be able to manually adjust the switch cases between the modems.

Hi,

SIM switch for RUTX12 is not needed as both SIM cards are always active. Though there's a possibility to make one or another SIM as main WAN connection with the failover feature: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX12_Failover

This will enable you to have seamless failover if one of the SIM cards and their operators have issues and you lose the connection.
