I created a VPN hub, added a client and would like to add a device, but the list is empty. I had configured one RUT240 router, which is at the moment offline. What could be the problem not finding this device in creating new device in VPN configuration?

To add an RMS device as a client in the VPN hub, it must be online in RMS for the hub to send the necessary VPN configurations to the device.
