Hi all,

I have a couple of RUTX11's set up piggybacking on a Cisco Guest network. This network provides WAN interface, but appears to be blocking RMS connection.

These modems have 4G sims in them for failover - is there a way to use the 4G connection for RMS only, and have the remainder of the RUTX11 act over the WAN?

Hi,

Probably you're using private network.

These modems have 4G sims in them for failover - is there a way to use the 4G connection for RMS only, and have the remainder of the RUTX11 act over the WAN?

We do not have a configuration example for this. But you can try to reach this with Load balancing and set rule for rms .
