As of Wed  1 Dec 2021 04:43:19 UTC we are having issues to connect to any of our Teltonika devices via the Web UI and Web CLI. Proxy links are not generated, an attempt to do so fails with an error ("Failed to initialise SSH connection")

Could you please investigate?

Seems to be working again now(Wed  1 Dec 2021 10:28:06 UTC).

However, it would be good to know why proxy link generation didn't work for all of our units in geographically separated locations, using different IP services for quite some time, though.

There were issues related to RMS remote functionalities that resulted in your mentioned error. They have now been fixed and all WebUI and CLI connections should be working properly.
