Hello,

I am experiencing some stability problems after going to firmware RUT2_R_00.07.01. My deployment requires IPv4/IPv6 on the mobile interface, so I have this enabled. Randomly, and infrequently, the RUT 240 goes down with lights flashing.  After that there is no IPv6 address on the mobile interface, only IPv4. Even after a reboot IPv6 does not work, I need to return to IPv4 in the mobile interface configuration and then change it to IPv6/IPv4 again for it to work.

Any idea what may be wrong?

Hello,

Could you please generate and send me a troubleshoot file via private message when the router loses IPv6 address? Additionally, if you could, please include another troubleshoot file after rebooting the router. I'm leaving the instructions regarding troubleshoot file process down below.

What is a troubleshoot file and how to generate it:

A Troubleshoot file contains a device's event logs, configuration files and other info useful for diagnostics. It can be downloaded from your device's WebUI, Troubleshoot page:

System → Administration → Troubleshoot

Additional information about this process can be found here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Administration#Troubleshoot_2

Best regards,

Tomas.
