Hello everybody,

i have a router RUT240 and i'm trying to configure VPN with .ovpn file (in attachment) but it seems not working; after rebooting i see this

In addiction, the reboot of router has to be done manually because when i click on "Save" button, after openvpn file importing, the system seems stuck and it can't be reach anymore via wi-fi.

Hello,

Please specify which firmware version you are using? You should upgrade to RUT2XX_R_01.14.4:

RUT240_Firmware_Downloads_(legacy_WebUI)

Or try the latest RutOS 7.01:

RUT240_Firmware_Downloads

Regards.

Hello,

Please update your router's firmware to the latest RUT2_R_00.07.01 version and navigate to the client configuration of the OpenVPN service where you are going to find Enable OpenVPN config from file option used for uploading the .ovpn file.
