Hello, I am a telecom network engineer in my company. We have just deployed a Teltonika RUTXR11 router for an enterprise client and we are unable to establish an IPSec VPN connection between the Greenbow client and the router.

I would like to point out that we are using a mobile line that has a Private @IP that is translated (NAT) to a Public @IP.

Could you please tell us the configuration elements and the possible options to activate (Aggressive NAT, Remote FIrewal..)?

Thank you for your query.

We do have some IpSec configuration examples that can be found here:

Please note that the firmware version on your RUTX11 device may differ,so the user interface might look a little bit different from the example. However, the functionality is identical.

If the configuration example wouldn't help Could you please provide some additional information:

1) Download the troubleshoot file from the router. In order to do this please navigate to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot -> download troubleshoot file and forward it to me via private message.

2) Provide all the available logs from the Greenbow side.

Regarding Aggressive NAT and remote Firewall, these are advanced IpSec settings and yes they are available for configuration.

Currently we have:

1) Aggressive mode

2) Force Encapsulation

3) Local Firewall

4) Remote Firewall

5) Compatibility Mode
