Is there anything I need to do to get my RUT955 connected?

I'm just trying to set it up so maybe I need to enable something but I've looked through various options without spotting anything.

The SIM card state is shown as inserted, the operator is recognised and I able to access the Internet via my phone.

What have I overlooked?

For the issue you are facing try to do these steps:

Check and if needed upgrade FW to the latest version: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Firmware_Downloads

It could be that you are facing a signal strength issue. Be sure to attach antenna. By checking the signal status on the Status> Network> Mobile page, try to find better coverage area. Recommended values are given here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Mobile_Signal_Strength_Recommendations#4G_.28LTE.29

Check SIM card in any other device (e.g. mobile phone). If it is working, check what mobile settings that device use. Try using same settings in router. Or use new SIM card.

Check if APN is set correctly in mobile settings (Network -> Mobile -> General). Make sure that correct APN and Authentication mode/username/password are entered (if unsure, search online for that operator’s SIM card setting, or ask mobile operator).
