Hello,
There were temporary malfunctions with RMS VPN that were causing these issues with the server being stuck on Starting up and configurations not properly generating. The issues have now been fixed.
I suggest creating a new separate hub, this way ensuring that the newly created hub and VPN clients work as intended.
